The inaccurate Level 2 looks really different today. Now all of a sudden there are a bunch of 1000 share bids at many levels. We do NOT usually see that.
CDEL and co-conspirators also want to try to hold it at 1.02 or less, but it's not huge fake asks as in the past, just a few thousand shares.
