Let's bring back some facts here. I did call the number 2 weeks ago and "Sharia" not sure on the pronounciation, did answer the phone for PixelMags.
She did state to me that the merger was done! And, she also unsolicited, brought up the name...."I believe it was with a company by the name 'Solaris'. So, this I know for a fact.
I did post this information. Bringing back some solice to what is going on here. We DO have a completed merger, and we ARE waiting for the financials...just as they have stated are coming.
