DECN-Market cap is only 6 million, very low considering the deals that have been announce and the potential sales for 2017 could be significantly more than the current market cap of the company. Looks like a hedge fund was liquidating their DECN shares recently according to the latest filing could explain the downward share price despite all of the great news and deals being announced.
