DECN- Nice that JNJ provided a legal defense fund for the 2 new brands of test strips coming out. Now it would be nice if they provide the money for increased advertising and new product roll outs. Either way the products are coming but it would be nice to have a large cash infusion. I think providing a dismissal is not granted we will see a quick resolution and settlement because JNJ wants to sell their diabetes unit. Let's hope the court sees what is obvious to everyone and that is their legal obstruction and shady practices have cost DECN and diabetics millions of extra dollars.
