Skandiabanken ASA : Is contemplating issuance of Subordinated Tier 2 and Additional Tier 1 capital
Skandiabanken ASA is contemplating issuance of dated Subordinated Tier 2 capital of up to NOK 150 million and perpetual Additional Tier 1 capital of up to NOK 100 million. Both issues will have a floating coupon rate, and a call option for the issuer after 5 years, subject to an approval from the Norwegian FSA.
Skandiabanken ASA has engaged DNB Markets and Swedbank as advisors and joint lead arrangers of thesepotential transactions.
Skandiabanken ASA's General Meeting and the Norwegian FSA have approved the issuances.
