Shares of Ubiquiti Networks Inc (NASDAQ:UBNT) continued to collapse on Monday after more bad news hit the company. Last Friday the stock fell on poor earnings results, Monday it was a continuation of that, plus Synopsis Inc. claiming Ubiquiti Networks is using their software unlawfully. Whatever the reason causing the collapse, investors need to be looking for buying opportunities. When studying the stock chart, there is a technical support level at $45.00. This level should be tagged within days and will likely give Ubiquiti Networks a hard bounce higher. Expect a move back to $50.00. This is a pure technical trade based on the stock charts.
