Griff the intern from Vert Capital spilled some beans yesterday. Got him to fess up where the financials were. He's like "the financials are done for Pixelmags" I'm like "what do you mean done? We never got them"
Well to surprise and delight let's just say they are delayed for a reason and that reason is a good one

Call Vert Capital yourself and don't call their main number, you have to call Griffs extension, but lucky for me I guessed that one correctly when I looked through their employee directory.
