"All the talk of GDSI working with the SEC is just BS, the SEC does not have a hand-holding division that works with the thousands of pink sheet companies to keep them compliant 
. SEC rules and regulations are out there and a company either complies or does not, it is up to the company to hire a lawyer to make sure they stay compliant." Thanks SSO. The clarity and candidness is appreciated. Otherwise, investors might think GDSI sells rose-colored glasses.
