What Pistol brings to the table for the TECO shareholder.

First of all

TNC Energy, LLC is a newly formed drilling company managed by the Weder Family, who's Edge Services, Edge Wireline, and Pistol Drilling business units have been providing oil field services since 1984.  TNC, through its affiliated companies owns and operates a large 10 rig fleet service drilling company, and wireline services company, boasting highly skilled and vastly experienced personnel with a wealth of knowledge, spanning many years in the oil drilling industry, to draw from. 

What I am hearing down at home office is Pistol is bringing in some new equipment especially for our drilling needs. This should make the drilling move along smoothly. I am very interested to see all of this transpire.

January should mark the holy grail for us in our BPD ramp up with major positive results coming in February and March. Starting with the March TRRC reports showing the increases we've all been waiting for. The funding in in place for these projects. I am not privy to the conditions and terms, so I am not sure how it will occur on each project.

Pistol has some major equipment. Much too large for our drilling needs currently. It's my belief currently that Pistol will play a major roll on any major "Big Deal" should one occur. Let's call it the "X factor".

An  X factor is defined as, a variable in a situation that could have the most significant impact on the outcome. For us it would be major deal with major upside on the stock. We can't count on the X factor but all TECO shareholders should realize it's there, and could happen at any given moment. To break it down quite simply, we buy the stock on BPD and growth and if the X factor hits, it's a bonus beyond gravy and icing on the cake.

If you put all of this together, BPD, gravy, icing, Xfactor, TECO becomes a very compelling buy at current levels. Compelling now and even more so as the BPD increase to 200bpd and beyond.

I don't expect the current PPS to hold long and an upswing to higher levels to commence shortly.
