My expeience
Was a battle not being able to afford a lawyer and ... Having a activist judge.
I filled a motion to prejudice, bias and judicial misconduct against the judge on 9 counts.
He punted ... Ex shut-up and no one wants to see me in court again.
Also filled a motion in Federal Court against a lawyer for bankruptcy fraud. Ever seen a lawyer get slapped down in open federal court by a Federial Judge with 40-50 of his piers in the court room.
Exceptionally satisfying !!!
