They didn't get much - only 1M+ at .0009 - they wanted the 17M bid to fill and it didn't - longs pretty much control $INCC and I'm managing to keep most flippers out.
I think it would be relatively easy to force a short squeeze but people just aren't willing to slap the .0014s hard enough at the right time yet because some think they can still get .0011>.0013s.
A few more days of not filling on the bid + updates on any one of the 5 catalysts - or another group loading like we saw Thursday + Friday - and $INCC will be up near .0020 again.
The fact that the company self-evidently isn't selling shares - and does not intend to (the increase in O/S when it comes is for acquisitions) - is huge compared to most stocks in this price range.
There is probably only 3M>5M available under .0014 right now.
