Its beyond blatant and unprofessional:
"We all know the motivation, although it is a bit blatant and unprofessional."
I will be more direct. Its blatant stock manipulation which is securities fraud. While they blamed iLie bashers and those of us on here (including some of us as being the same) of manipulating the stock and MRVB as being a tool to end the manipulation - tey were the ones orchestrating it. Worse - it is being orchestated and perpetuated by fiduciaries. Sure looks like pumping up the stock with reconstruction/EIA/BTL to unload all the notes/preferreds and then encouraging shareholders to sell (let alone mocking them for holding or buying) and try to recoup shares at the very bottom.
They left shareholders/ investors/SEC a nice, publicly documented trail through Twitter and emails for those that feel the above is accurate.
