These 150mil shares were converted to 50mil preferred shares restricted for a min of 1 year. This indicates to me she has a vested interest in the company and shows investors she has restored the ss of the company pre-dilution.
She will not be using the shares for further financing since they are locked in now. Based on this she seems to know what she is doing and behaving like a ceo should with regards to running a company and worthy to her shareholders.
