$INCC is set up exactly like it was during the several week period in 2014 between the first mini run into the .0030>.0045 range and the fast run-up to .02:
- Less fills on the bid.
- Bid / ask spread developing with savvy traders not afraid to hit the ask to accumulate a few M more and notch the ask up a few ticks every few days.
- Immediately prior to the 2014 runs, the spread was .0015 x .0021 then almost all the .0020s got taken out in 1-2 days.
- See sticky # 943 for how it went down last time.
