It may be related to an e-mail from Energy and Capital that went out yesterday. I'm probably WRONG but I don't know many other companies that fit the bill. http://www.angelnexus.com/o/web/120587. They are selling their service for ~$900, that's the bottom line and they talk the solar side only a little bit during the video with reference to Samsung and nanoparticles. No reference to a company but I noticed some similarities to content in a published article on QMC and solar.
