BREAKING: Air Force Chief Seems to Have Classified Trump as a “Domestic Enemy” of the US
At this point, Donald Trump has gone to war with the CIA, the press, the judiciary, and next up are probably the American people. The good news is that one high-ranking military officer has just taken a stand for what’s right.
Air Force Chief of Staff Dave Goldfein just gave some words of wisdom in comments to the press. And make no mistake – Goldfein’s thoughts seem directed right at Trump.
The Orange Tyrant went to MacDill Air Force Base earlier this week to give one of his typically ridiculous speeches. He told the military officials assembled that, “you like me, and I like you.”

A day after Trump’s remarks, Goldfein seemed to implicitly counter the president. “This is a great opportunity to step back and remind ourselves and the American people of the oath we take as members of the military,” Goldfein said.
“The oath we take, and we retake every time we are promoted, is to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” Goldfein said. “By design, we don’t pledge support to any particular party or any particular leader … [w]e’re an apolitical military.”
Here, Goldfein suggests that his military peers not cozy up to Trump too much. They’re sworn to protect the Constitution even from domestic threats, and one day they might just be protecting us from Trump.
Goldfein also apparently critiqued Trump’s disastrous Yemen raid. Trump’s willingness to greenlight the operation with inadequate intel disgustingly led to many innocent deaths.
“One of the things I’m very proud of is that we’ve never lost sight of the fact that we go to war with our values,” Goldfein said. “Those that are critical of the extraordinary efforts we go to every day to prevent civilian casualties perhaps forget that that’s who we are.”
Goldfein’s clearly a true patriot and a defender of real American values. We applaud his service to our nation and his passionate drive to stay true to our ideals.
It doesn’t seem that the upper echelons of our military like Trump. They already declined the Orange Tyrant’s request for a fascist-style military parade for his Inauguration Day.
We need more heroes like Goldfein to stand up. And it’s time for us all to stand up ourselves, as well.
