JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Feb. 10, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CSX Corporation (Nasdaq: CSX ) today announced that its Board of Directors has voted to extend the deadline to nominate directors and to propose other business to be considered at its 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, from February 10, 2017 until February 24, 2017. Any director nominations or proposals of other business that comply with the Company’s bylaws and are received by the Company by February 24 may be brought to the Company’s shareholders for a vote at the 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
