The caption above the video on the Coates Media page states "This is the first Coates CSRV Industrial Electric Power Engine Generator-Set built by the company for Secure Supply LLC".
Now let's see if he sells it to them!!
Wouldn't it be great if GC then delivered it using his 18 wheeler retro'd with a CSRV diesel engine and a nice CSRV mural on the truck on how green it is. He could chart his course out and invite media (outside NJ) to witness it and interview him and perhaps gain some traction.
