The mobile gaming company LeoVegas was today granted a gaming licence for Sport in the Irish market.
LeoVegas is already active in Ireland with its award-winning mobile casino, and with the addition of Sport the company can now offer a broader and more attractive mobile gaming experience. The launch is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2017 and will be handled by LeoVegas' current organisation and existing resources. "The fact that we have in a short time been granted licences in two regulated markets shows that we are delivering in accordance with our expansion strategy. With this market clearance LeoVegas now has gaming licences in Malta, the UK, Denmark and Ireland.
The Irish online gaming market is worth an estimated GBP 880 million in 2016, according to H2 Gaming Capital.
