Verkkokauppa.com Oyj Board has resolved update its dividend policy and to propose to AGM to move to a policy of quarterly distribution of assets

The Board of Directors of Verkkokauppa.com Oyj has resolved that it will propose to the Company's Annual General Meeting 2017 that the Company move to a policy of quarterly distribution of assets.

The Company's Board of Directors has resolved to update its dividend policy also so that the Company's aim is to be able to pay an increasing dividend. The Company annually evaluates the preconditions for the distribution of profits so that the potential distribution of profits does not endanger the growth targets set out in the Company's strategy or the other financial targets of the Company.
