The order to not verify the float would have to come from the company and yes keeping the enemy (criminal abusive naked shorts) in the dark would be a good strategy if the company were not diluting. Hopefully that is exactly what is going on as the company needs to fight back any way it can.
The criminals want the company to fail and us to lose our investment. If they are not diluting it won't be long before we see a rapid rise in the share price which is long overdue. Go NTEK!!!
