That's right, and the window for reporting material events IS NOT what we were focusing on when clarifying as to the significance of the Feb. 15th projection.
If they go past the 15th on finalization of the deal with Lily Li and company, they ARE NOT in violation of anything at all. When financials are filed they'll contain whatever is required in that quarterly report and they'll file the closing of the deal with LSW Holdings after it closes, 15th or whenever. All other milestones for such a small company have come through a little late, but still came through. That's not deceit, that's just what you get when you don't have 10 employees in every one of multiple departments. Relax and you'll be very glad you did. I'm still STRONG BUY on $$ RMHB $$, Long and Strong!
