From the 12/16 PR quoted below - they are specifically listed as the IR contact for the company and their Twitter feed for information. That does not make them independent. They can use loopholes in linguistics to suggest otherwise but they are in print as the official mouthpiece of the company. There is obviously a disconnect between the entities as Bill responded to someone on Twitter the other day asking what a "NWE" was. While some may use that to argue they ARE independent - they can not be when used as the official IR source. That makes them an insider by definition.
