Ive been encouraged by the recent news except for the share distribution as I think it shows the company is tone deaf....hey shareholders we are doing great things but btw we are further diluting your shares even though you have been destroyed over last few years (and of course we are being diluted to pay for it because the company is not yet profitable - where else would the money come from?). If I were management I would have held off on further diluting shareholders given how hard we have been hit until some real gains have been had.

From the responses it is clear that I'm not the only one that is tired of this.

We (shareholders) still have no idea if UF is successful because the company has refused to release any metrics (how many people have downloaded UF, how many subscribers pay for movies - anyone know???), we don't have audited financials so we don't know if company is truthful in financial reporting.

Is anyone not already a shareholder going to invest money with these giant unknowns and NTEKs track record??? That's what I want the company to answer because until that is resolved nothing else matters.
