This doesn't say that Jerry Grisaffi said there would be an announcement by Feb. 15th, it states that the "binding agreement" between RMH Brands, Inc. and LSW Holdings LLC would be completed, and that, along with the assignment of Mr. Grisaffi's controlling block of shares to LSW Holdings LLC, will both occur on or before Feb. 15th, 2017.
