Where exactly did he say NO LATER than Feb 15th? I haven't seen Jerry or Mike commit that firmly to a specific day for financials or PRs in a long time because they learned the hard way that every Sponge Bob Smearpants would immediately be jumping on the smearing opportunity created by the slightest delay. I'd be surprised if he actually said that. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.
The reason they normally won't make such a confident prediction with financials is due to the numerous scenarios where a slight delay will result too close to the target date to get it fixed in time. When that's the case, the snot nosed punk ass basement trolls won't even wait til the end of the frickin business day of the forecasted date to start their smearing cause they want to get their Chicken Little bull shit started ASAP. This deal is happening, and anybody chicken enough to sell at this point doesn't deserve as much as a Scooby snack for a return.
