They aren't being clear about a lot of things Strat but the dilution is the big one for me. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for rewarding exceptionalism but our financial house is still in disarray and I think it's premature to issue more shares to employees at this time. In addition, we don't know what shares Ivan is going to receive, many think they'll be common and maybe so but no specifics were given. That leads me to my next point, what are the specifics surround these two partnerships? We still have zero information in that regard other than 4K Studios has closed up shop in San Fran and is now sharing space with I.H. in Studio City; sounds like a great move on the surface but we need to have a few layers of the onion pulled back to reveal the details. So, while I'm disappointed with some of the content of yesterday shl, I'm hopeful that CLEAR answers to these issues will accompany the upcoming Q report.
