I doubted the summary would be accepted because if it was, then
it would have been a landmark decision without going to trail. That never/rarely
happens.
You are right on the money. It now will be put up or shut up time for kbm.
DO they want to open up the ledgers and show the court how much they
took advantage of HJOE. Do they want to expose their operation and their
company? And, Do they want to risk losing and ending the golden goose operation for a mere 45k note? I suspect they will try to delay and stall, again.
But, this tactic/strategy that usually works 99.9% of the time, it is not working.
HJOE is growing and growing and starting to hit their stride.
At some point KBM is going to have to cut their bait and move on. If they
want to go to trial, they are looking down a barrell of a riffle with the utmost
to lose. Im sure HJOE now could easily pay the 45k and I doubt the pay interest
after being robbed for over 100% int already.. JMHO
