You really can't post the document as the PACER PDF doesn't allow cut and paste, but what inv was saying about unflattering is accurate. As this is a matter of public record, the below will give you a taste of what HJOE is facing. I'm sure there will be appeals, but basically, usury in regards to summary judgement was shot down. That may not bode well as HJOE builds a case.
