I don't agree with the term "death spiral" or it's relevance at the very bottom end of the OTC market. There are countless stocks in the OTC that sit at no bid x .0001 or .0001 x .0002 that suddenly offer huge profits for those that are observant and react immediately in a decisive manner. Very often there are no catalysts just a few whales buying large amounts, others buying as a reaction to scanner alerts, followed by increased posting activity and pumped opinions based on tenuous links surrounding any minor change in circumstances.
I passed on 2 that started today because I was already concentrating on 2 from yesterday and the day before as well as all my medium and longer term plays concurrently. One of those went from a .0002 convertible debt dump to .0008 in a matter of hours offering the opportunity to either trade a large volume for one-tick or a more modest lotto for a high risk 5 ticks by the close.
With 5+ Billion REDG shares being bought by traders since July 1, that sort of thing could easily have happened with REDG - as it did in 2016 with 1.4B bought over the previous 7 months when nobody was paying attention on iHub.
Those common shares were bought for a reason and anyone who loaded more than 100M at .0001s will have a high share count that is much more tradable after a r/s - in that there are many more options in the .1 > .2 range rather than the only choice being .0001 commission loss or 100% at .0002.
Anyway, please post any response you might get from the BOD. I suspect that they have taken advice from the expert counsel / investor who specializes in raising capital (referred to in previous posts) before making their decision and I suspect that anyone who had the slightest clue that the r/s was going to happen has been adding .0001s to get their share count way up - so I do not imagine the decision will be reversed now (although other companies did - PKGM for instance in the recent past and now doing very well after being at rock bottom for some months).

A very apposite motto for those who trade successfully in the OTC market..
All posts are my opinion - trade at your own risk.
