Guaranty Bancorp Announces Dividend Increase for F

DENVER, CO --(Marketwired - February 07, 2017) - Guaranty Bancorp ( NASDAQ : GBNK ), a community bank holding company based in Colorado, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share, an increase of $0.01, or 8.7%.

This is the fourth consecutive year the Company has increased the dividend since it began paying dividends in May 2013. The dividend is payable on February 28, 2017 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on February 21, 2017.
