They wouldn't be answering questions about a stock they are not involved in. They would be answering questions about a company they are doing business with.
"Hi, it's my understanding that you are manufacturing Tractors for Tytan International, is this true?"
"Hey, do you carry Tytan Intertnational tractors? You do, thanks."
Where is the problem? Far as I can tell, that is proper DD on information made public by Tytan CEO.
