I liken an:
American company to a 20lb sledge hammer hammer
keiretsu like Nitto Denko to a crew using 20 lb sledge hammers
China to a building of people using commercial pneumatic hammers
China's agenda has a much more singular focus, (via Gov party/Admin) of a Nation, (its wealth & people) behind it.
While China may sell one the rope they use to hang with, they are also very capitalistic in nature. The recent posts & pdfs show how China layers interaction w/others.
......notice the function of GTG and China Government Guidance Fund seem to end up w/some ownership as well tranche of funds dispersion.
Dispersion of funds obviously have milestones to be met before additional funds are released.
When China gets a hand into something, they don't like to ever let go; however QMA gets support, facilities, locations, 5yr tax exemption.....quid pro quo and capitalistic in nature.
Bottomline: Neither China, Nitto Denko, or Uniglobe Kisco are playing. They are playing to win on multiple levels, (as Business is also considered War).
......so, yes; I think QMC will see large profits and some semantics as being silly.
The Display market may be large, but the Solar market will be Huge.
