IMO its not so much that its valuable to URSA but its confidential to TMo per their agreement with UMS.
I think that URSA is on a fishing expedition to try and find something in the agreements that somehow discredits UMS, Dea or Lee in which case they will fight the Reorg Plan.
IMO there is nothing in there but confidential info that TMo doesn't want them to have access to. Maybe proprietary or maybe exclusive to UMS that they don't need to know.
Also IMO TMo will be absolved in this hearing as they are a creditor and there is nothing they have the URSA needs to know to make a decision.
In the end...and just guessing...URSA will not contest the plan.
