$TPAC I have made a decision to resign as moderator effective as of sundown tonight. I am very much pro-TPAC and have had nothing but great conversations with Bill McKay(a gentleman of the highest order), with James from IR(who took 2hrs time with me by phone the day of the pre-14c when I only wanted 10-15min), with S1 and S5(who have answered all of my inquiries in honest and straightforward fashion, making sure I have no other questions before the conversation ends), and with a few others beyond the scope of this board.
I am very grateful for much of my time here, but am finding this board to be becoming increasingly more toxic. I have no relationship drama or arguing in my personal life, and have only had strong words with one person on this board who is no longer here during my tenure. I have been holding and adding for almost 2yrs and am more excited than ever. I have no room or patience for negativity, arguing, or anything of the sort.
The company has said many times they will not R/S. They have committed and reaffirmed the AS/OS buyback many times now. They have made enormous amounts of material available and have made themselves available by phone and email as well. Many good things are happening, and many good surprises are still in the works. A clear example is in shareholders thinking there would be no acquisitions. Yet, what do you know? Here comes NAACO and another one in China, just to start, both of which they have been working on for over a year. These people are working really, really hard behind the scenes. The price will catch up when it is time. Things need to be released strategically for the maximum effect. This will help the company; and once the company is solid, the price will act in accordance. Corporatexpress made this pretty clear yesterday in his timeline, which may even prove conservative. Remember, Woodward has been making payments. The MRVB's are paid in revenue, as are the C shares. And just because they mention that the timeline needs revised, does not mean it is for a negative reason. Why go that direction first?
Anyway. I'm done here as mod and am very thankful for all of the relationships I have built here and all of the conversations I have had. I have some wonderful friends on this board and all in all couldn't ask for more, as those alliances have been unexpected and great additions to my life as an individual.
I thank each and every person here who has contributed their intelligence, hard work, and positive attitudes. That is the only type of environment I am willing to put myself in at this phase of my life and from here on out. I wish everyone well, and I will likely continue to post on occasion just as I have in the past. My resignation is final and will not be swayed by messaging. It is a personal decision at this point.
If I can make one last parting request, it would be to respect your fellow posters and their differences of opinion. Try to relate to one another without the arguing. We are witnessing an ongoing white collar civil war within the political arena that is not ending post-election. The dynamic is often just as polarized here. It solves nothing. Be kind, professional, logical, and positive, and find the middle ground; extremes aren't honest.

And for the record, I am not selling a single share. My brother and I put in an order at .0006 yesterday which should have filled by now. We will continue adding as long as the opportunity provides.
