Even before the dump today the comment isnt supported by the trading/facts. There are shares available at 6 right now and were over 20MM at 7 before someone dumped into the BID at 6. There has been constant availability since IR came aboard and VNDM became a mainstay (probably when their lock up period was over after initial shares - 3 to 6 months). While VNDM isnt on ASK now at 6 they are at 10 and have consistently hammered the ASK any time momentum occurred on the BID side over the last 9 months. To suggest the window is closed in light of the trading that clearly shows otherwise is disingenuous at best.
Early on IR/Muse lamented the manipulation by bad actors causing the downward pressure. The bulk of the manipulation has instead been with them with their unsupported price targets ($0.01 by YE 2016), 700-800MM OS within 6-8 months (per James on last CC), tweeting the stock is overpriced and then a buy within days of each other, saying the window is closing for months on end, blocking shareholders from feeds, pumping MRVB and downplaying the bearing business, etc and now suggesting retail investors will basically be eliminated (per tweets today). They have been manipulating investors. They were talking about how great the stock was in the 20s and 30s and then mocking shareholders for buying high.
Now once again they are talking about instituional investors and more reconstruction.
Did any EIA close in 4Q16 as was alluded to?
Did any BTL biz close in 4Q16 as James alluded to in prior CC?
When will BTL start producing to reach $13.5MM/ year? James said 4Q in CC and then it was 1Q17 and now 2Q17 even though he said, emphatically, that the $13.5MM was locked in. Now investors are being blocked for asking for the timeline for when it starts...?
