Hi John,
I can’t give any information like that out I’m afraid. However, what I can say is that the stop sign came about as we transitioned from being Fully Reporting SEC to Alternative Reporting OTC. We went this route as the cost is significantly cheaper for the latter. The difference is around $150,000 per year. Our expectation is that the much awaited upgrade to the Kicksend App, essentially fixing all of the bugs and making it work again (!), will be out within a month I anticipate. Without the overhead of being fully reporting, funds we raise can be directed into development rather than into PubCo costs.
All the very best,
David Lovatt

Have to say I am very impressed with such a fast reply so early, nice to know I'm not the only one awake!
That being the case can you tell me if the "stop sign" has resulted in you holding off on any pending new releases?

Good day John,
You will see on the OTCMARKETS.COM website that we have recently uploaded our disclosure statements and are awaiting review and approval to be Current Information. If they do not require any amendments, this should occur this week. If they require amendments, it will take longer.

Message Good morning, Been doing some research and I am very interested in investing in your company. My only concern is the Stop Sign shown on OTC Markets. Can you please tell me if there is a plan for you to become current in the near future?
