Notice of the date of Zealand's Annual General Meeting 2017 and of deadline for proposals for the agenda
Copenhagen, February 7, 2017 - Zealand hereby gives notice that its Annual General Meeting 2017 will be held on:

Deadline for submitting proposals for the agenda The deadline for submitting proposals to be included on the agenda for the Annual General Meeting is February 21, 2017. Proposals may be sent by email to agm@zealandpharma.com or by letter to Zealand Pharma A/S, Smedeland 36, 2600 Glostrup, Denmark, att.: Investor Relations.
The notice convening the Annual General Meeting will be sent only by email Notices convening Zealand's general meetings will be sent directly to shareholders by email. All Zealand shareholders can register an email address via the Shareholder Portal on the company's website.
Shareholders who would still like to receive notices convening general meetings by letter are kindly asked to register for this on the Shareholder Portal before March 1, 2017.
