Hereby akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” informs that on the 7th of February 2017 has received the notice of the results of the stock redemption offer of the shareholder of akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI”, the offerer of compulsory and final expression of a stock redemption offer SIA "LNK (Latvijas Novitātes Komplekss)".
Notice of the offer’s results is attached.
After the performance of the stock redemption offer 668 987 (six hundred sixty eight thousand nine hundred eighty seven) shares of akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI” will be directly owned by SIA "LNK (Latvijas Novitātes Komplekss)", that forms a 100.00% (one hundred percent) of amount of voting shares of akciju sabiedrība “LATVIJAS TILTI”.
