Furthermore, in a PR they (he ??) announced that they are in a joint venture with Swig Media, and are partnering with Illuminate Hollywood.

We're february 7th, and what has happened with content ?
In stead of loading new, or at least publish a schedule as stated, ALL Paramount movies from the 1000+ titles deal are gone (of which only 1/3 were ever uploaded on UF btw). No explanation as to why. It doesn't seem to be part of his random thoughts. Are they being sued by Paramount for non payment, just like Long Side Ventures did ?
He only posts a new carrot stating 1400 titles are in the queue to go through the new encoding software (up from 30 just two weeks ago...) http://www.davidrfoley.com/2017/02/ . No mention what has happened (or would happen) to 1/3rd of Ultraflix A-list titles.
Joint venture with Swig ?
There isn't even a mention of Ultraflix as a featured app on the Swig website.http://www.swig4k.com/
