TPAC will be revising it 2017 to 2019 business plan. TPAC will be moving away from traditional OTC trading to attract institutional investors during the reconstruction. Remember after reconstruction TPAC no longer goes to the market 4 retail investors. We have a complete financial network with enough MRVB's to retrieve our AS/OS. The competitive loop will be left to acquire in the open market any strays with a prejudice.
