Hope it will be fine. Keep in mind that when a vehicle sits unused, even for a day or two, It will accumulate rust on some of the brake components (unless you are in a very dry climate). My wife is always alarmed at how much noise the brakes initially make when applied after a few days of non-use. The noise always goes away after a few applications of the brakes.
BTW, squeaking noises from your brakes are more worrisome and often come from wear sensors. Get those checked out by a mechanic you REALLY trust (generally NOT an auto dealer).
Have a few decades of my own repairs on my cars and with a major auto-related entity. EDIT: very grateful to have been steered to a solo mechanic by friends who have used him for years. He often delays work until "next time," as he declines to do work until needed. Does not take new clients tho.
