My first thought was that he seems to be a pretty charming guy.  Necessary in the sales business. Was a little put off by his response to the audited financials, why wait if they are paid for.  Other than that, basically the same info he has put out in the mailbag.  I also hope that puts an end to the question as to whether or not Ault and Company are involved.  I have always know they weren't but the subject came up again recently.
