Turner Advances Audit Preparation & Launches Social Media Outreach

Houston, Texas – February 5, 2017 – (Website Announcement) Turner Valley Oil & Gas, Inc. (the “Company”) (OTC:TVOG), pending name change to Turner Venture Group, Inc., is pleased to provide a corporate update on advancements of business plans including audit preparation, insider purchases & filings, and a social media outreach program.
Audit Preparation:
As stated, the Company’s management met with its auditor last Friday and reviewed the necessary steps to complete the filing of all the required SEC filings and 10Q and 10K financials to be eligible to uplist to OTCQB. This meeting covered audit preparation, anticipated timelines, and meeting with audit partners. Management is pleased to announce that this week Turner has obtained the engagement from the auditors, and is promptly advancing to complete terms along with executing and filing the required 8K and PR announcements.
Insider Purchases & Filings:
The Company’s CEO, Steve Helm, has submitted paperwork necessary to report insider holdings and ongoing insider purchases of TVOG stock. These transactions will be filed via Form 3, Form 4 and Form 5 as required by the SEC, and made available to the public. Turner is eager to complete this step in order to demonstrate to its shareholders management’s “skin in the game” and ongoing support and belief in the continuous improvement to shareholder value.
