Folks--this just FYI from an ole (NYSE, NASD Retired Broker) who has been thru a few IPOs and RMs---
They both take close to same amount of time ----((LIKE FOREVER!!))
The IPO is all done behind closed doors and the public knows nothing until news leaks that "such'n such is going public--and then its another 6 months---and it is all audited----
An investment firm takes the company thru the ins and outs until ready to go to mkt,, then an investment selling group is formed---then in about a month we have an IPO---the price is an "established" price based on the market and the similar companies in that market---
An RM is handled pretty much the same --EXCEPT__ for the price---we already know the price--we also know the investment firm taking PIXEL thru the ins and outs---VERT--
Vert asks the auditors about when---they say ,,Well,, don't really know right now,, but maybe right around the end of the year (2016) but it could take a little longer---perhaps another 30 days or so---
THAT IS WHAT PIXEL HAD TO GO ON WHEN THE DEC 8K WAS RELEASED----
Pixel and VERT only know what the Auditors are telling them and they , themselves don't know the actual date----
SO, EVERYBODY----SUCK IT UP---THEY WILL RELEASE THE FINANCIALS!!!!!!after they get them done--
