Couple of questions on revenues and outlook. For last fiscal year end reported 7/7/16 they had full year revenues of $538K of which $467K of those revenuez happened in the Q3 and Q4 of respective year. Further - in the report they provide guidance of $2.7MM - 3.3MM for fiscal 2016 (ending 3/17).
For 6 months ending 11/16 - they only reported $115K in revenues compared to $100K in 1st 6 months of fiscal 15. They went on to do $538K. So - what happened in calendar 16? How did they go from $267K in 4Q fiscal 2015 to only $23K in 2Q Fiscal 16? They provided guidance of $2.7-3.3MM for fiscal 16 ending in May and only have $115K in revenues. Part of that was addressed in last report as not having sufficient capital/cash to secure product for POs. However, if they have guaranteed POs - they should be able to get short term loans against the POs (and not toxic loans).
Where is the disconnect between guidance and actual results? Further, they put aside 42MM shares for future financing (as of Jan 17) but this is supposed to be non dilutive/non toxic. Has anything else been mentioned on this? Is this tied to the $1.1MM financing someone referenced on this board?
On the non revenue side - where are these diapers/products actually mfg? On their website in their store - they have prominently displayed that they are "Designed in Georgia". In material - I have seen references to mfg in US and sourced in China. How can they provide an attractive cost standpoint mfg here vs China? It doesnt look like they intend to be the low cost producer.
To the above - what (if any) is there primary POD (point of difference (s) ) to the competition out there? Looks like they tout low chemical/chemical free but there are other players in that market. They cant be low cost based on their pricing on website. Is it in their distribution model and going after underserved markets (Africa?).
Still on the front to middle end of DD here but those are two sticking points. I have seen posts on here about rapid growth and earnings but this is not the case looking year over year nor when comparing to guidance.
