FOLKS! read the DD it's all there. There is no shit to dig up on this one. pardon the pun..
The dilution was caused not by the company but by the note holders dumping.
Ceo proly didn't know this would have happened hense her pr stating she would be looking for more friendly financing. Then we received an update she landed a 1.1 million dollar purchase order from an existing client that she pr'd stating no further financing will be required. the notes are done converting.
she then bought back 150mil of shares and 8k'd it. these were converted to 50mil preferred shares restricted for 1 year. she also owns 50mil common stock.
this ceo is on her game. She knows how to run her company and knows how to take care of the stock equally the same. These prices won't stay around much longer. a dime is going to look good to some in due time and that time may come faster then some think. reason? people catching on and the float is quite small and it will eventually get locked up more or less with little volitility in the pps.
There will always be seller but buying won't come cheap. the chart has been behaving like a big board stock would. the bid/ask is building and the trend is on an upswing with little spread between. I got in at 0095. I had only wished I knew when it was still in debt selling mode at 0035. JUST IMAGINE!!!!!
we are now at 022. next week and beyond..look for 04 and up!
