I'm feeling cautiously optimistic, while at the same time, just trying to wrap my head around the reverse merger chatter going on here yesterday or the day before.

Whats the possibilities of them alining as "subsidiaries" which, would mean all entities remain the same under one Nanotech umbrella/ticker?
