Zatt great point! Now that UF will be incorporating SWIG
tech into UF , NTEK should be able to declare that as
an ASSET of some value on the balance sheet since
it clearly is raising the VALUE of UF to have it.
And I'll say again, since we havn't seen the O/S
raised as a result of new CEO coming onboard
or the new SWIG JV, then IMO the only logical
conclusion u can draw from that is this SWIG/NTEK
JV is happening because of a "revenue sharing"
agreement in place.
Future filings will also reveal that as well or
NTEK will just explain it all at next SHM which
if Fuja is right may come as early as MARCH!
