This is setting up very well technically. I think folks are beginning to realize that with NO r/s and things being tied up in court from the games the old guard played - that NOW is the time for a run. Stock shares are either restricted or in limbo folks until official ruling from the courts. It's no wonder there aren't a ton of PRs until things get cleaned up. Imagine if we were at a penny or two when the news really starts to flow 
It's kind of like that vending machine that is broken and gives you 2 bags of chips and spits out 2 quarters back for every dollar you put in. TAKE ADVANTAGE NOW before it gets fixed
** If investors would THINK and just let her run a bit...more $$ would be made. Nobody can seem to play nice in the sandbox and that is too bad as it would really benefit ALL if we did.
- Would like to add something that is very true and never gets mentioned...how many own NGCG shares through brokerage accts that make you call in for stocks trading under .01 instead of being able to still trade online? That is such a pain to do which makes my point even stronger. FOOLS if you won't let her run
